Our Pricing Structure for Consulting Services
- 150/sq ft of carpet area or 10% of the total interior cost, whichever is higher
- 200/sq ft of carpet area or 10 % of the total project cost (interiors + civil) in case of scope includes suggestions for major civil changes, flooring selection and laying designing, window designing and selection, bathroom designing with detailed execution drawings.
- Can be preset as a lump sum according to the client’s budget and requirements
